OK, I learned something new. I have appreciated Paul Motian's drumming forever.Had no recall whatsoever that he was in the Bill Evans trio - cool.......................(of course you get the double entendre of the last word in that sentence - the original "west, west, y'all")
Truly classic period of Jazz.Sunday at Vanguard is one of the best Evans.He always struck me as so white bread to be playing Jazz.
