Armstrong confirmed for Milan-San Remo
American returns to Italian classic for ninth time. Lance Armstrong will be part of the 200-rider peloton competing in Saturday's Milan-San Remo, race organizer RCS Sport announced today. The 38-year-old Texan confirmed to RCS Sport director Angelo Zomegnan Sunday evening that he would be part of Team RadioShack's roster for the 101st edition of the Italian classic.
Sheree and I had a wonderful day in San Remo at the finish of that race one year.
