Bill Fleckenstein Interview

...ok, now, tell me, which of the two fund managers is highly leveraged?

  1. Barton sounds bought into the system and dependent on the Fed's continued support. I have become a watcher of Betty Liu and Bloomberg throughout the day. I have never seen her so off her game.
It does seem like a bit of tough love by the Fed to the Banking industry would be in order. Banking is spoiled however our economy is dependent on their credit and their roll acting as a conduit of $$, the life blood.
I'll go with Biil F. on this one.

  2. I'll go with "Bill F" on this one too, but not as far as my question...

which one of the two is levered to the hilt?...

obviously Barton, why else would he want the fed to keep the flow going, so desperately, clearly Fleckenstein is not the leveraged one...

btw, Betty is pretty hot, great lips...she is in over her league trying to "debate" Fleck...Barton, the dim wit, is another story...

  3. Saying Barton is dependent on the Fed was in response to your question.

What is it with Bloomberg, all its financial commentators are attractive, intelligent women. I assume its appealing to its audience, the financial industry dominated by men.

  4. ...CNBC, although I have never watched it, is known for the same thing - "attractive" women reporters...there is a guy who has a whole website dedicated to this - CNBCSucks, really funny guy, btw...he used to hang out at Ritholtz place...i think he has stopped posting on it actively, but, it still exists...check it out for a grin...
